  • All patients are admitted with physician orders within 3 hours, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • We contact our patients/families on a daily basis.
  • We evaluate pain on every call and visit.
  • We communicate with our patients, families, and customers according to their needs and preferences.
  • We meet the needs of our patients, families, and customers as they define them – by listening first and then responding.
  • Our staff members respond to pages within 15 minutes.
  • When entering or leaving a long-term care facility, our staff briefs management on their visit.
  • We immediately address any concerns or complaints, and attempt to resolve them within 24 hours.
  • We offer bereavement services to patients, families, and all staff members of any long-term care facilities, hospitals, or assisted living centers.
  • We continually advocate for all hospice individuals on a national, state and local level.
  • We educate our communities on hospice and palliative care issues on an ongoing basis.
  • Our staff promises to always have a helpful and positive attitude.
